Window and Door Installer

Kirkwood Home Gallery is a high-end supplier of premium windows, doors, stairs, and architectural millwork serving the greater St. Louis area. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and installations done right the first time. We are growing and looking for experienced Window & Exterior Door Installers who take pride in their work and understand that the final installation is what the customer remembers most.

We are actively seeking skilled and dependable installers for residential window and exterior door projects. We strongly prefer experienced independent crews (1099) with their own truck and tools, but we are also open to hiring strong W2 installers or lead installers who want steady, long-term work. We can train to our standards, but you should already have solid experience with installation practices, flashing, sealing, and jobsite professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Install high-end residential windows and exterior doors
• Ensure proper flashing, sealing, shimming, and water management
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
• Coordinate with project managers and clients as needed
• Document installations with photos for internal tracking
• Represent the company professionally on every project

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of residential window and door installation experience
• Strong understanding of building envelope and weatherproofing practices
• Ability to work independently or lead a small crew
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Kolbe or Sierra Pacific products is a plus

For Independent Crews (Preferred):

• Own truck, tools, and experienced crew
• Insurance or ability to obtain coverage
• Reliable scheduling and professional communication
• Consistent project flow and prompt payment provided

For W2 Employees:

Pay range: $24.00 – $36.00 per hour, based on experience
