User is a licensed AIA architect. CAD files may only be used by a licensed architect or an authorized representative in User's office and may only be used in preparing plans to build or remodel a home. Any other use of the CAD drawing is strictly prohibited. The CAD program cannot be shared with others outside of User's office except with the express written permission of Kirkwood Stair Company. User agrees the CAD files may not be used to build molding. User may not redirect or forward a copy of any CAD file without the express written consent of Kirkwood Stair Company. User agrees that any violation of the terms of use set forth herein is a breach of the agreement and may result in the imposition of legal action. User agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees incurred as a result of any breach by User.
